Melissa's Sister's First Special Treatment
Sister Melissa has opened her consultation hours again today, and the first patient didn't have to wait long. His former nurse had retired, so a new one was needed. Luckily, he came straight to me because I'm a highly experienced professional in seminal problems. He'd been complaining for a while about "too big balls," and that's exactly my specialty. I won't reveal too much, but the treatment went over extremely well. He even came back for a second session after this first one!
