Do you know this "couchsurfing"? Strangers offer you their couch for a night or longer. I've been traveling a lot over the last few days and desperately needed a place to stay. Online, I came across an ad promising me a place to sleep. The ad wasn't exactly serious—the guy wrote he was lying on his couch, topless and only in brief shorts. But I desperately needed a place.
