I inflate a balloon until it's rock hard, twist it up, and then let myself sink onto it with my full weight. But that damn balloon just won't pop, even though my primal butt is putting plenty of pressure on it! In the end, I lose patience and boldly step onto it with my high heels – and finally, it gives in! I need to practice the "Sit Pop" technique, but it's still fun!
